Mpumalanga Black Aces today signed a 5 game agreement with the Mbombela Local Municipality.
The deal was negotiated by Aces marketing partners, Papadi Integrated Marketing and announced at the stadium on Thursday 18 November 2010.
The partners in the transaction, which is based on a "win-win" strategy, include the Mbombela Municipality, Mbombela Stadium and Black Aces.
It was announced that Aces would play five category "A" matches at the world class venue starting with the Kaizer Chiefs game on Wednesday 22 December 2010.
Media who attended the event where then invited onto the pitch, voted the best by the FIFA pitch committee, to view a full Aces training session.
Aces also announced plans to involve the local community and to build on the large support in the region.
Mario Morfou, the Aces chairman, also handed over personalised shirts to the 2010 SWC co-ordinator, Mr Differ Mogale.
