The fifth annual TOTAL Skwatta Camp Football Festival was played at the Ga Makausi Squatter Camp on 25/26 November 2011.

Organised by Papadi Integrated Marketing, who were hosting their 16th event over a 9 year period in the Ga Makhausi Informal Settlement.

The Ga Makausi camp is home to 38 000 people and 3 yrs ago was at the forefront of the xenephobia crisis, where 13 people lost their lives here. Papadi has "earned respect" and the model of involving and empowering the community in the event, has always been a crucial success factor.

16 Open Men teams ultimately battled to be crowned the TOTAL Champion, however the event provided opportunities for the Over 60’s ladies, juniour boys, open ladies as well as the Masters, who all participated.

Entertainment was aplenty with wonderfull performances provided in the "Battle of Cultures." The Pedi’s launched their new songs with new attire, while the Shangaans went for broke and involved a cute 4 year old kid. The Zulu’s were awesome while the choral groups were melodic and charasmatic.

The "TOTAL Little Miss Ga Makahausi" beauty pageant was another phenominal success and probably was the "show-stopper" of the weekend.

Fat Cats FC, a large media based team with claims of being ther largest social football club in SA, participated for their 3rd successive year and played against the Masters in the Tshive Memorial match. Fat Cats upped their game this year and presented the local orphange with a large collection of toys.

The final was jam packed and ultimately went to penalties with A1 been crowned the champs.

Soccer lumariary Teenage Dladla officiated at the prize giving, while players from Moroka Swallows and Mpumalanga Black Aces attended.
